We're excited to unveil a fresh new look for Tip Top Jar! After months of brainstorming, designing, and perfecting, we're introducing our brand-new logo and wordmark that perfectly encapsulate who we are and where we're headed.
Why the Change?
When we first started Tip Top Jar, our logo—a combination of a triangle and a semi-circle—was designed to represent our initials, TTJ. While it served us well, we felt it was time for a change. The old design was a bit too abstract and didn't clearly convey our brand's essence or name. We wanted a logo that's not just recognizable but also meaningful to our community of creators, musicians, and businesses.
Our new logo is a modern twist on the classic tip jar concept. You'll notice a sleek "J" shape with a dot sitting atop it, symbolizing a tip dropping into a jar. It's a simple yet powerful representation of the connections we foster between creators and their audiences.
The Design Journey
Collaborating with the talented team at Dilema Studio, a design agency based in Barcelona, and designer Clara Laorden was an absolute pleasure. Clara understood our vision from the get-go. Together, we explored how lines and shapes could intertwine, making the logo both visually appealing and symbolic.

We were inspired by designs where lines connect to form distinct characters, and where each curve feels deliberate and purposeful. The new wordmark complements the logo perfectly—it's energetic, dynamic, and bold enough to stand out on any page of our website.
Our new logo and wordmark will be rolling out across all our platforms. As we move forward, this new logo symbolizes our commitment to continual growth and innovation. We're still the same Tip Top Jar you know and love, but with a refreshed identity that's ready for the next chapter.
